Zong Helpline Number
- Zong helpline number is 310.
- From landline and any other mobile number dial 111-222-1 with the area code. Zong will charge just Rs. 2+tax for each call to the Zong helpline.
- Normal call rates will be charged for call at 111-222-111.
- Zong email address for customers' help is customercare@zong.com.pk.

You can contact the customer care center for any type of information or complaint by typing “Help” and sending it to 310.
How to call Zong customer care?
You can call 310 from your Zong number Anytime. Then you will be connected to an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System. Rs. 2 + tax will be charged for each call connected to a Customer Services Officer.

Jazz Helpline Number
Jazz helpline number for its existing customers is 111 while the helpline for new customers is 111-300-300. The jazz helpline number for blackberry is 120. Customers can also send their complaints via email at customercare@mobilink.net.Ufone Helpline Number
Ufone's general helpline number is 333. You may also call on 033-11-333-100. Ufone's email address for customer service is customercare@ufone.com.
Ufone charges Rs. 1.50 + tax per call to 333 from any Ufone prepaid number while if you want to speak to Ufone customer care representative then Rs.0.75 + tax per call will be charged.
Telenor Helpline Number
Telenor helpline numbers from a Telenor SIM is 345 and 042 111 345 100.
Landline caller from outside Islamabad and Lahore should call on 051 111 345 100.
Residents of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Lahore can dial 111 345 100 from their landline
Out of the country customers can call at +92 42 111 345 100 or +92 51 111 345 100 .

Warid Helpline Number
Warid helpline number is 321. This service is free for postpaid numbers while prepaid customers will have to pay 60 Paisas per call (Inclusive of all taxes). additional Rs.1.79 (Inclusive of all taxes) will be charged for contacting with customer care representative.
Emails can be sent at customerservice@waridtel.com. From a landline or other mobile numbers call at 111-111-321.
You may also write a letter to Warid at P.O. Box 3321, Lahore. Send your fax at 111-111-322.
Warid has also launched Complaint Status Service.
Just write “CS(space)Complaint Number” in the message and send it on 321. This service is free of cost. You will receive an immediate SMS about the current status of your complaint.
