I navigated to Zong E-care Official website but when I clicked on the sign-up link, nothing Opened.

I tried a lot, and even Zong direct sign-up link was not working.

Finally, I talked to the Zong customer agent about this issue. 

He told me that users couldn't sign up for Zong E-care account if they are using any browser other than Internet Explorer 8.1 or above.

Previously I was trying different browsers like Google's Chrome, Opera,etc.

But this time I opened the Zong E-care account website on Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Clicked on the sign-up link.

it worked.

How to Create Zong E-care Account Step by Step Tutorial

How to Create Zong E-care Account

First of all, you should have installed the Internet Explorer 8.1 or above on your device/pc.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Zong E-care Official site using Internet Explorer 8.1 or above.
2. Click on the sign-up link at right side, a pop-up window like below will be appeared
3. Enter your mobile number without the initial 0
4. Enter the CNIC # without dashes
5. Enter the random key and press the submit button

You will shortly receive the password in your SMS inbox and you have done. Now you can log in to your Zong E-care account in any browser.

How to Sign In to Zong E-care Account

Internet Explorer is not necessary to log into your Zong E-care account. You can log in while using any Internet browser. However logging in into Zong E-care account is not as simple as logging into other accounts. You have to use a secret code that you will receive in you SMS inbox in the login process. 

Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Zong E-care official website
2. Enter your Zong mobile number without the initial 0 digit
3. Enter your password that you earlier received in your SMS inbox
4. Enter the random key and press the pin check mark sign
5. Now you will shortly receive the secret code in your message inbox

Put the secret code and press the pin check mark symbol again, Now you have logged in to Zong E-care account.

Terms and conditions

You can't log in into your Zong E-care Account twice with in 24 hours.
You can check your logs of 6 months only.
